Research Interests

My research focuses on the biogeochemistry of soil organic carbon in a changing climate. I use various mass spectrometry techniques to characterize unknown organic compounds. I utilize methods such as GC-MS, pyrolysis GC-MS, high-resolution LC-MS, and different 'omics' tools to study critical organic compounds in the environment.
