Research interests
My research primarily focuses on alloy development for extreme environments. More specifically, I am interested in radiation tolerant metals and ultra-high temperature alloy design. My research also extends to developing new laser-based processes to enhance 3D printed titanium alloys.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Physical metallurgy of steel and titanium
- Refractory alloy synthesis and processing
- Irradiation damage in metals
