My research focus on wellbore integrity during carbon leakage, at the fracture interface and at the core scale. In particular, I work on cement chemical and mechanical response after exposure to enriched carbon solution at pressure and temperature relevant to subsurface storage. I am also interested in carbon leakage and groundwater remediation. I have a particular interest in wellbore risk mitigation and in field experiment. My work aims to link laboratory results to field scale experiment in order to understand and constrain future risks.
