Erick Ramon is an isotope geochemist and inorganic mass spectrometrist who joined LLNL in 2002. Throughout the first part of Erick’s career at the laboratory, he worked on proliferation detection and nuclear forensics related projects for Global Security (GS); serving as the Associate Program Leader for Uranium and Plutonium Production Detection from 2007 to 2014. In 2018, Erick embarked on a career changing matrix assignment in the Office of Laboratory Infrastructure supporting the LLNL General Plant Program (GPP) and leading the development of NNSA MAP Area Plans for LLNL capabilities. Erick returned to the Physical and Life Sciences (PLS) as the Deputy Division Leader for Operations in the Nuclear and Chemical Sciences (NACS) Division in December 2020 and was named the PLS Deputy Associate Director for Operations in October 2022.
