Biography

Research interests

Chemometrics/Data Science

  • Developing chemometric and data science tools to allow non data scientists to fully leverage their data.
  • Develop techniques to combine information from multiple data streams to better understand a process, experiment, or system.

Materials Aging and Compatibility

  • Using gas analysis techniques, such as Sector Mass Spectrometry, Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry, and Selected Ion Flow tube mass spectrometry, to analyze headspace gas samples and understand material outgassing and potential material incompatibilities.

Spectroscopy

  • Developing sensor platforms for ruggedized and/or embedded applications
  • Spatial Heterodyne Raman Spectroscopy
