Sarah Osborn is a postdoctoral researcher in the Applied Mathematics group in the Center for Applied Scientific Computing (CASC) at LLNL. She received a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Texas Tech University in 2015.
Her research interests include uncertainty quantification, particularly multilevel methods for partial differential equations with uncertain coefficients and Bayesian inverse problems, as well as parallel computing, iterative methods for solving linear systems, and preconditioning techniques.
