Sijia works on developing advanced photo-curable materials for additive manufacturing. She is particularly interested in designing high-performing 3D printed materials with intrinsic recyclability. In addition, she seeks to expand the range of materials and properties available for additive manufacturing, pushing the additive manufacturing technologies move beyond prototyping. Her research aims to offer solutions to the rising challenges of plastic waste and circular economy.
