Ellen is a Group Leader for the Scalable Solvers and Algorithms group in the Applications, Simulations and Quality Division. She has almost 30 years experience developing software for scientific simulations and modeling at LLNL. She developed software to model physical processes as well as analyze experimental data. Currently, Ellen is a software quality engineer for several physics related projects. She is responsible for maintaining the code’s compliance documents and assisting the development teams in meeting their Software Quality Assurance goals. She is a Certified Software Quality Engineer granted by the American Society for Quality.
