I am currently involved in the development of dielectric thin films and optical coatings, overseeing the process from design to deposition. We employ ion beam sputtering technique to fabricate advanced dielectric films, focusing our research on investigating optical damage mechanisms to enhance laser damage threshold. At present, I am engaged in a project that studies optical damage precursors in hafnia films across a range of laser wavelengths.
