Program manager for Seismic Cooperation Program.

Expert in developing and improving seismic monitoring in the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and the Caucasus region. Develops seismic hazard and risk assessment models. Builds partner capacity for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty implementation. Lead Coda Calibration Tool (CCT) for reliable moment magnitudes of smaller size seismic events. Expert in modernizing seismic networks by supporting local monitoring center capability and equipment& capacity. Other research interests are regional wave propagation and attenuation, velocity structure of lithosphere, seismic source behavior, earthquake scaling, velocity tomography, shear-wave splitting, earthquake legacy data.
