Brandon Fischer is a Mechanical Technologist at the Jupiter Laser Facility. He began working at LLNL in 2017 at the Electron Beam Ion Trap (EBIT) as an Intern. After that, Brandon was hired on part time while finishing up his degree at Las Positas College to work at JLF. He was then hired on fulltime in 2018 after completing his degree to become a part of the staff that supports the infrastructure for Experimenters in HEDS where he currently resides today. Brandon finished his certificate in Vacuum Technology while working in 2021 as a needed skill set at the Lab. He still continuing to go to school in the hopes of pursuing a career as an Engineer/Staff Scientist at LLNL. Brandon's hobbies are anything that involves being outside.
