Research interests:

 

Research interests include nano-scale thermal properties of thermal interface materials, metals and layered films especially those related to electronics packaging, defect imaging of wide band-gap semiconductor materials and the evaluation of optics and other materials used in high power laser applications through the development of diagnostic techniques such as Frequency Domain Thermo-reflectance, Photothermal Absorption, and Photoluminescence.
