I am a staff scientist at LLNL with a focus on microbial ecology primarily in soils. I work on projects that use stable isotopes to study microbes in both laboratory and field settings, exploring how various environmental factors influence the interactions between plants, soil, and microbial communities. I manage and operate the High-Throughput Stable Isotope Probing (HT-SIP) pipeline at LLNL. |
