Bradley is the Deputy Group Leader for the Mechanical Hazards subgroup within the Reaction Dynamics Group. Since joining LLNL in 2011 as a post-doc, Brad has specialized in the areas of high explosive response to mechanical stimuli in support of hazards and safety applications and the optimization of compositional gradients for tailored detonations. His work includes applying modeling and simulation to the analysis of laboratory and full-scale explosive hazards experiments, designing new explosive tests, and contributing to the development the HERMES safety model.
