(Winfield) Scott Futral is the Development Environment Group Leader in the Livermore Computing division of the Computing Directorate, and serves as the Advanced Simulation and Computing (ASC) Program Deputy Executive at LLNL. Scott applies his previous experience as a code developer on the WSC ALE3D code team to maintain a customer focus in his work. Scott welcomes user feedback on how the DEG can better serve the needs of LC users. Scott received an M.S. degree in Engineering/Applied Science from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
