Bill works on the SAMRAI project and the CAROM LDRD.

Bill received a B.A. degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1980. He also received an M.S. degree in Physics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1981.
